All market data gathered in the course of an appraisal assignment is entered into our data base, which assists us in various consulting assignments. Resources include the most comprehensive data services as well as sophisticated software for lease-by-lease analysis. Our objective is to provide comprehensive, quality appraisal reports which are cost-effectively prepared in a timely fashion.

Appraisal review services are provided on all property types. Property Valuation & Consulting, Inc. has provided reviews for financial institutions, government agencies, local government, asset management companies and mortgage companies. Desk and field reviews have been provided on a form as well as in narrative format. Based on over four years as a review appraiser for a financial institution, John Robinson, MAI, CCIM is qualified to provide appraisal review services and is knowledgeable about appraisal standards, including recent modifications to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

Real estate consulting is another service provided by Property Valuation & Consulting, Inc. Examples of consulting services are economic studies which include market studies, feasibility analysis, highest and best use analysis, and land utilization. We also offer appropriate market analysis and representation for tax appeals. The company also provides market overviews for five property types (industrial, office, retail, multifamily and single family residential) in the metropolitan Orlando area. Real estate appraisal education is offered by John Robinson, MAI, CCIM. Mr. Robinson is a Florida approved instructor and has previously taught courses for Lincoln Graduate Center, the educational arm of the National Association of Master Appraisers (NAMA) and is an approved real estate appraisal instructor for Valencia Community College in Orlando. Courses previously taught include Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Update, Principles of Appraisal Review and Farm and Land Appraisal.

Special Master services for Value Adjustment Boards in connection with tax appeals are also offered by John Robinson, MAI, CCIM. Mr. Robinson has served as a Special Master for Orange County (1994 through 1996, 1998, 1999, 2001), Seminole County (1997 through 2000), Volusia County (1999, 2000, and 2001), and Brevard County (1999, 2000, and 2001) and has led a Special Master training workshop for Pinellas County (2000).
