John RobinsonJohn A. Robinson

John A. Robinson, MAI, CCIM, President and founder of Property Valuation & Consulting, Inc., has been involved in the real estate market since 1983. Mr. Robinson earned the MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) designation in May of 1989 and the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in November 1999 and is a State-Certified General Appraiser in the State of Florida (License No. RZ417). Mr. Robinson is also a licensed real estate broker (active status) and Florida General Appraiser Instructor (License No. GA1000019). He has provided appraisals (form and narrative), appraisal reviews and consulting services on numerous types of real estate including industrial/manufacturing facilities, office buildings, shopping centers and retail properties, restaurants, apartments/multifamily properties, residential subdivisions, hotels/motels, vacant acreage/lots and special purpose facilities.
