About Us

Property Valuation & Consulting, Inc. is an established (since 1994) commercial real estate appraisal and consulting office with three State-Certified General Appraisers, a State-Registered Appraiser Trainee, and an office administrator.

Our staff consists of long-time Central Florida residents with a working presence in the metropolitan Orlando market for the past 21 years. Our location in West Orange County signifies a commitment to serve this segment of the market. Income producing properties have primarily been our firm's specialty; however, undeveloped land continues to be an integral part of our assignments.

John RobinsonJohn A. Robinson, MAI, CCIM, President and founder of Property Valuation & Consulting, Inc., has been involved in the real estate market since 1983. Mr. Robinson earned the MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) designation in May of 1989 and the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in November 1999 and is a State-Certified General Appraiser in the State of Florida (License No. RZ0000417). Mr. Robinson is also a licensed real estate broker (active status) and Florida General Appraiser Instructor (License No. GA1000019). He has provided appraisals (form and narrative), appraisal reviews and consulting services on numerous types of real estate including industrial/manufacturing facilities, office buildings, shopping centers and retail properties, restaurants, apartments/multifamily properties, residential subdivisions, hotels/motels, vacant acreage/lots and special purpose facilities. Richard SteevesRichard Steeves has been an associate with Property Valuation & Consulting, Inc. since March 2003. Richard is a State-Certified General Appraiser (License No. RZ2909). He has assisted in providing commercial appraisals (narrative and form) of commercial vacant land, golf courses, mobile home parks, retail buildings, industrial buildings, office buildings, proposed residential subdivision properties, automotive repair facilities and special purpose facilities, along with form report writing of residential properties. Ana M. Arroyo is an associate with Property Valuation & Consulting, Inc. and is a State Certified Residential Appraiser (License No. RD7325). She is also a State Certified Residential Appraiser (CR45) in Puerto Rico. Her appraisal experience includes narrative and form report writing of single and multi-family residential, condominiums, commercial (office, retail) and vacant land properties, in both English and Spanish language. Jennie Luft, Administrative Assistant, joined the PV&C team in April 2007. Her prior real estate related experience includes two years as a Permit Technician for a local Building Department. Prior to that she spent four years as the Comptroller and Office Administrator for another local real estate appraisal firm.
